No problem, it happens to us all.The quickest way to resolve this is to click on the “lost password” link in the Login page. You can also contact us by phone or email and we will send you a password re-set
If you are getting the message “Please go back and complete the previous lesson”, make sure you haven’t missed a topic out.
Go back to the previous lesson and click the “Mark Completed” button. If that isn’t showing – go back to the Course page and make sure you have marked complete on the lessons.
If you have completed those steps and it still will not allow you to progress – refresh your screen.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, log out of the course, close the browser and log back in.
